NPCs - Two nICE Guys

Two test NPCs for DtG and Blood Gifts: Mulgar Frostblood and Yphiss of Hamut

These will be 187-point characters, giving me both the basic and advanced class modules as well as the choice of two disadvantage modules and two upgrade modules. One of the upgrade modules will be used, at least in part, for blood gifts.
