Larger scale or more specialized alchemists, along with sages and other expert NPCs, can often be found for a price in Greyport. The expert might not be personally present in the city but an agent or broker can utilize their contacts to find one back in the giant or dragon lands.

Business interests will determine if they travel to Greyport to perform the job (or even set up shop) or if they will send the ordered items or information back.
